Embrace breezy beach-style living from the vantage point of this contemporary property in Pwllheli, a destination known for its excellent water-based activities and stunning surroundings. You’ll have the sea practically on your doorstep, so you can sizzle up something on the BBQ before taking a sunset stroll along the gently lapping shoreline. There is ample space for six guests to celebrate and relax together, whether you are reconnecting with family or friends.

Laid out in a quirky upside-down style, this detached abode has fabulous coastal views best enjoyed from the second-floor balcony with a glass of something fizzing and delicious. The ground floor and first floor are dedicated to the bedrooms, three in total, all with lavish en-suite bathrooms. Perched on the second floor is the lounge/kitchen/diner with panoramic views out to sea from the feature windows. Open the doors and let the outside in, then slip outside with an after-dinner drink and listen to the sound of the lapping waves. On chilly evenings, the wood burner-effect gas fire is a sheer treat. Completing the property is a games garage with a football table, and an enclosed garden with a lawn, picnic tables, BBQ, and a gate that opens out onto the beach.

Wander down to the marina and watch the boats, make sandcastles on the beach, and lace-up your boots ready for adventure. This stretch of the coastline is part of the Sarnau Special Area of Conservation and is home to a wide variety of wildlife. The Lyn Coast Path is perfect for navigating the cliff tops, yet those with youngsters in tow have lots of traditional seaside activities to entertain themselves with too. Sandy and weary from a busy day, refuel with delicious local fare from one of the pubs, restaurants and cafes within the pretty town.

Could not fault the location of this property as it is heavenly being right on the beach, can't beat sitting on balcony listening to the sea. We really enjoyed our holiday here and would definitely rebook. Overall the accommodation and its facilities are really great, but as normal for a holiday let slightly tired. Dog safe garden, as long as they Read moredont fence hop as fence/gate at front quite low. But being able to walk dog along beach path or beach every day was brilliant. Hide

The location and views are wonderful. Lovely balcony. Easy walk into Pwthelli. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed. The bedrooms are roomy and beds comfortable .The suite is not at all comfortable (plastic covers) and only one tv in house - not good for large family on wet days. There was no garden furniture on the decking in gardeRead moren. Remember 2 flights of stairs from front door if elderly or have mobility problems. We loved our stay - but we were prepared for the property being a bit dated and not being lux. We felt the price was fair for our expectations and the market. The garden fence in the front can be jumped by some dog breeds. And there was boiler issues but we resolved these quickly. The property was clean, super comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, anRead mored fantastic views and location. The lounge chairs are weirdly slippy - but they make sense for a sandy beach front property with direct beach access. Hide

Lovely, quiet location with stunning views across the water. Within minutes you can access the beach which is quiet and dog friendly. Generally the house is comfortable but very run down and in need of some TLC, particularly on the balcony terrace and in the garden.
