With eight bedrooms and bathrooms, the imposing Victorian house sleeps up to 15 guests and comes with a hot tub and a terrace where you can relax and gaze out over the town towards the coast in the distance.

Step into the elegant retreat to discover its exquisite features and ample space. Head straight through to the kitchen to make everyone a cup of tea to enjoy with a slice of fresh bara brith bought in town and prepare hearty Welsh feasts in here for your party to enjoy in the dining room. Spend your evenings playing snooker in the dining room too or challenging each other to table football in the games room. Watch the Smart TV in the lounge or take in the scenery from the library instead. A family shower room is also on the ground floor. Three king-size bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms and one with an en-suite bathroom, are on the first floor, together with a double, and a single bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Return from days out to bubble in the hot tub and dine outside in the tiered garden in the fresh air. There is parking for three cars.

Pack a beach bag and stroll 0.5 miles to West Shore Beach or head off to potter in Llandudno’s shops. Lace up your boots and venture 1 mile from the house to the top of the Great Orme or make your way to the summit by cable car instead. Fantastic stay at this lovely property for 9 friends. Pictures dont do it justice. Hot tub was an unexpected hit. The house was perfectly located for exploring Llandudno - the cars didnt move until it was time to come home. House has such a homely feel to it which means you instantly relax. We hope to visit again very soon.

Facilities at this property were great and were more than enough for our family group of 12. Whilst there was a steep stepped climb to the front door from parking area (4 mid size cars, possibly 5 at a squeeze), rear access (with only a couple of steps) is also available for anyone who may find that climb a struggle. It's in a quiet location but isRead more right on the edge of town so an easy short walk gets access to the tram station, pier, Great Orme, beach and loads of shops and restaurants etc. Hide

Everything was perfect. Loved the welcome pack of essentials and the wine in the fridge. A lovely touch. Also soap and toilet paper in every bathroom, very useful after a long journey with 8 children!

Our family rented the property for a special Birthday celebration weekend, and we all had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful and well equipped - surpassing our expectations. It was also in a good location, just a short walk from the town centre. Id never visited Llandudno, but would definitely make a return visit to do a bit more exploring.
