Head to Harlech for your stay in North Wales and spend quality time with your friends or family at this handsome house at the foot of the castle. Sleeping 12 guests, the six-bedroom, Edwardian property, which has fabulous views of the coast and golf course, makes a great base from which to wander the town, spend time on the beach or walk along the Wales Coast Path. Situated on the edge of Snowdonia, it is also perfect for anyone eager to explore the national park.
Head into the house to unpack the fresh produce you have bought in town in the farmhouse-style kitchen/diner. Cook tasty feasts in here then set the table for lively holiday meals together. The inviting lounge is the ideal place to unwind in the evenings, perhaps over a game of cards or a film on the Smart TV, and there is a handy utility room downstairs. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the two floors above. On the first floor, there is a family bathroom, together with two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a twin room, with an en-suite. Two additional twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and another double bedroom are on the floor above. There is another family bathroom here too. Head out into the courtyard garden during warm weather, cooking dinner out here on the BBQ on summer evenings. There is parking at this cottage for six cars.
Stroll 1 mile down to the scenic, sandy beach, where you can swim and enjoy other water sports. Those who like golf will find the course is just 0.5 miles away. Head deeper into Snowdonia to discover an array of fabulous footpaths to follow. Drive 8 miles to colourful Portmeirion, renowned for its Italianate architecture, or 15 miles to the Llechwedd Slate Caverns.
