Stay in comfort at this single-storey holiday home that nestles right at the foot of Harlech Castle. Sleeping eight guests, the four-bedroom property makes an ideal base for exploring the town and for getting out and about in North Wales and Snowdonia. Stroll less than 1 mile down to the 4-mile-long, sandy beach to paddle, swim and look out for dolphins in Bae Ceredigion. Head into the national park to go walking or climbing or to visit nearby beauty spots and attractions.

Make your way into the property and feel immediately at home. From the hall, stroll into the kitchen/diner to unpack any provisions you have bought in town and whip up a tasty meal for everyone to enjoy at the table in here. Watch a cookery show on TV for tips and advice and look out over the garden towards the cliff on which the castle sits. Spend your evenings through in the lounge, playing games, reading or watching the Smart TV. Amble off to your comfortable bedrooms as day turns to night. These include two doubles, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with an en-suite shower room, and two twins, both with en-suite shower rooms. Enjoy the sea air out in the garden. Light the BBQ and have lunch or dinner out here on warm days. The house has parking for four cars and space to store bikes and outdoor equipment.

Make time to visit Harlech Castle while you are here and enjoy its far-reaching views. Eager golfers can head off to Royal St David’s Golf Club, 5 miles away, while walkers can pick up the Wales Coast Path or plunge into Snowdonia. Head 8.5 miles to spend an afternoon wandering the streets of unusual Portmeirion as well, with its colourful, Italianate buildings.

The property was well presented with excellent attention to detail, nicely decorated and well equipped property. Very accommodating, helpful owner and staff. The cottage was well cared for and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. A very well located property near the beach, 10 minutes walk to the town and a local small supermarket / newsagenRead morets just over the road. Hide
