Lose yourselves in the magnificent views across North Wales when you stay at this welcoming Welsh holiday home that looks out over the Dee Valley. Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom retreat is 5 miles from picture-postcard Llangollen and set within the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It offers good living space, a balcony for soaking up the beautiful surroundings and, with an enclosed garden too, you are welcome to bring your best four-legged friend along.

Enter the three-storey house via the front porch and then the kitchen, where you can leave any delicious Welsh delicacies you have bought on your excursion, then head through to the lounge/diner to light the wood burner after winter walks. Settle in here with the balcony doors open on summer days instead as you watch the Smart TV or chat about your day. Sit down at the table in here too after whipping up tasty homecooked meals through in the well-equipped kitchen. Make your way down to the games room at a lower level to find your favourite programme on another Smart TV or to play on the table football. One of your bedrooms, a double with an en-suite shower, is at this level too. A twin, with a Smart TV and Juliet balcony, is on the floor above, while a king-size, with Smart TV, Juliet balcony is on the second floor, together with a family bathroom, with freestanding bath. Unwind out on one of the two patios or the balcony with a glass of wine or to have a BBQ on warm evenings. The garden is also a pleasant place to unwind on fine days.

Step outside to enjoy riverside and hill walks. Spend days in scenic Llangollen, with its shops, restaurants, canal boat trips and heritage train line.

Glyndwr was a wonderfully comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The view is amazing whatever the weather. The proximity to the main road was not a problem and made it so easy to get out and about. We look forward to the opportunity to stay there again.

The cottage is lovely and easily accomadated 6 adults and 3 dogs. The views from the balcony and decking are stunning. The garden is dog safe which was very handy. It is quite remote which is what we wanted. Llangollen and Wrexham are not to far away for shopping and essentials. The Berwyn Arms pub is a 10 minute walk up the road and it served loveRead morely food and a good selection of ales. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again in the future. Hide
