Sleeping 14 people, the seven-bedroom retreat is perfect for a break with your extended family or a celebration with friends. Situated at Llanbedr, just 2.5 miles from the coast, and with beautiful 1.5-acre gardens and a hot tub, this is a place to share with your nearest and dearest for days in and trips out.

Wander in to find elegant accommodation that still retains its period style through many exquisite original features. Take in the views and light the wood burner in the lounge, which has a gorgeous bay window. Watch the Smart TV in here or in the games room, which the younger members of your party will adore. Prepare heart feasts in the kitchen/diner, where you can pause at the table for a bite to eat or carry dishes through to the dining room to celebrate in style. There is also a WC on the ground floor. Make your way up the impressive staircase to a super-king-size bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, and a king-size room. The family bathroom is also here and like the en-suite has a freestanding bath. Two more bedrooms are at this level and three are on the floor above, along with two family shower rooms. The remaining bedrooms include another king-size, two doubles, a twin and a bunk bedroom. Spill out into the garden as often as possible to soak up the sunshine and scenery and bubble in the hot tub.

Head out to explore the Rhinog Mountains and Mawddach Estuary. Go fishing in the River Arto or plan a day out to the seaside at Barmouth, 7.5 miles away. Also arrange a group trip to Portmeirion, a delightful and fascinating Italianate village.
