The architecturally-designed three-storey property nestles between two working farms above Llandyrnog and enjoys outstanding views of both Snowdonia National Park and Clwydian Range & Dee Valley AONB. There are so many details that catch the eye throughout bright and airy rooms, especially on the ground floor, which benefits from underfloor heating. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has been finished to a high standard, with dual-aspect views through its tall windows. It’s a really sociable space, perfect for enjoying get togethers throughout the day with good food close to hand. The cinema room is an ideal setting for those who want some quiet time with a favourite film. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to the first floor, home to two king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite. A second spiral staircase leads to the second floor, home to two double bedrooms. Each bedroom enjoys fantastic views and there are two bathrooms at the property. The decked veranda is a welcoming space for enjoying BBQs or simply soaking up the views throughout the day.

Walkers and cyclists will find an abundance of paths and trails close to the cottage, while Denbigh, Mold and Ruthin (all within 10 miles) offer a range of family-friendly cultural and historical attractions. The beach at Prestatyn is only 12 miles from the property, while the hills and mountains of the Clwydian Range and Snowdonia National Park (with 22 miles) are a must for guests with a thirst for adventure.
