An idyllic two-storey property set in attractive surroundings 5 miles from the stunning beach at Talacre. Featuring spacious living areas, a games room and a large garden, this family-friendly property is perfect for active groups keen to explore the North Wales coast and inland areas including the Clwydian Range & Dee Valley AONB.

This gated property stands at the end of a long gravel drive and a garden edged by trees and shrubs. It is perfectly proportioned, its rooms draped in comfortable soft furnishings and natural light pouring in from all angles. Though independent from one another, all of the rooms on the ground floor connect almost seamlessly. The lounge has sumptuous sofas perfect for unwinding in after a day on the coast, while it's only a short shuffle between the dining room and the kitchen, a foodies’ dream and the perfect place to experiment with local foodstuffs. Youngsters will have one eye on the games room during mealtimes, though the lure of the garden will be hard for anyone to resist on warmer days. There are four individually styled bedrooms, all enjoying captivating country views: the king-size bedroom on the ground floor stands opposite a shower room, while on the first floor, an en-suite super-king-size bedroom, a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom stand close to a second shower room. Outside, adults can tend to the BBQ on the patio while youngsters let off steam on the lawn.

The property enjoys enviable access to coastal and inland attractions. Beaches at Talacre and Prestatyn lie within 7 miles, while Holywell (3.5 miles) is home to St Winefride's Well, one of the Seven Wonders of Wales. Mold (13.5 miles) is a foodie hotspot, and enthusiastic walkers will be in heaven given that Wales Coastal Path, the Pennant Walk, Offa’s Dyke and the Clwydian Range are all within 10 miles.
