Nestling in the Teifi Valley, along the banks of the River Teifi which meanders through the region, this property is wonderful for two guests. New Quay (7 miles) is situated on the west coast of Wales overlooking Cardigan Bay. It's known for its picturesque harbour and beautiful coastline. The town is characterised by its small and scenic harbour, where you can often find fishing boats. There are also sandy beaches, and the coastline provides opportunities for shoreline walks; dolphin spotting is one of the notable attractions in the area. New Quay Beach, for example, is only 6.5 miles away. The village of Llandysul (12 miles) is surrounded by rolling hills and verdant countryside, making it an ideal location for those who appreciate natural beauty and outdoor activities. Visit the well-known beach at Tresaith (13.5 miles) and Llangrannog (13 miles).

Enter this cosy, studio-style accommodation through the stable side door and straight into the kitchen/dining/lounge area which is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a hearty meal and refuel for the next adventure. Stepping through into the lounge area, you can enjoy many a cosy evening snuggled up on the chairs in front of the wood burner whilst enjoying your favourite film on the TV. In the same space, you have a comfortable double bed with storage space and modern orb lamps. Completing the accommodation is the shower room with its shower cubicle and WC. The patio door leads out to the garden area.

Outside, there is an enclosed lawned garden at the rear of the property with garden furniture to enjoy some alfresco dining. You will be able to enjoy a spot of stargazing and on a clear night with minimal light pollution, this is the perfect place for admiring the stars. There is private parking for one car.
