Gorgeous, detached house, perched in the hills, overlooking the valley in an elevated position where the regular visiting Red Kites soar overhead. An ideal location for families, friends and the dog, to explore the beautiful Ceredigion countryside and attractive town of Aberystwyth (16 miles), full of shops, pubs, and restaurants, as well as a beautiful promenade to enjoy by the pebble beach, The National Library of Wales and a quaint cliff railway. The valley has a myriad of footpaths and is perfect for a peaceful getaway or as a base for keen bird watchers, walkers or cyclists alike. Close by is the Devil's Bridge, famous for its pretty nature trail, stunning waterfalls and the Vale of Rheidol Steam Railway (both 4 miles) that goes to Aberystwyth.

Park the car and walk around to the entrance overlooking the garden, you can’t help but stop to take in the stunning view. The door opens into the kitchen/diner, a lovely open space flooded with natural light with a separate utility room and entrance perfect for all your outdoor attire and bikes. The country-style kitchen is a lovely space to rustle up a meal with local produce purchased on your travels, overlooking the garden and relaxing on the sofa while it is cooking. When the food is ready, the dining table is the perfect setting to gather round, enjoy your meal, and plan your holiday activities. After dinner, walk through to the cosy lounge which has a roaring wood burner, a floor-to-ceiling feature window displaying gorgeous views across the valley, and a Smart TV to catch up with your favourite programmes, just what you need after a full day out. The staircase leads from the kitchen to the first floor, where you will find the stylish bathroom, a separate WC, and when ready for bed, choose from three charming bedrooms: a king-size which can be made up as twin beds if required, a double, and a pretty single room, all enjoying the countryside views. This is a lovely house to wake up in.

Outside, enjoy morning coffee on the bench and admire the green, peaceful countryside around you. The two-tiered lawn is perfect for exploring, with two small ponds at the bottom (children must be supervised at all times). There are various seating areas dotted around, ideal for a BBQ with the family or simply curling up with a good book.
