This wonderfully appointed holiday home is a fantastic spot for six guests with remarkable scenery, a generous garden and plenty of little luxuries inside. The property is situated in a rural position within the Elan Valley, a gorgeous part of Mid Wales that’s awash with endless walking routes, incredible cycling pathways and plenty of nature-based attractions. Perhaps you’d like to meet a herd of alpacas from Fronserth Farm (3.5 miles) or admire a wake of red kites from the Red Kite Feeding Centre (6.5 miles) on the outskirts of Rhayader (6 miles)? Rhayader itself acts as a fantastic starting point for any number of outdoor adventures, including the chance to follow the River Wye along to Builth Wells (10.5 miles) or even as far as Hay-on-Wye (31 miles). You can also visit the nearby town of Brecon (27.5 miles) which gives way to the dramatic scenery of Brecon Beacons National Park.

This undisturbed farmhouse sits alone amongst sprawling lawns and country views to offer you a real sense of peace and tranquillity. Step inside to find the contemporary rooms updated with bright pops of colour. On the ground floor, you’ll find a charming kitchen/diner. A range oven lends a heritage feel to the kitchen space. The ground floor is also served by a spacious utility room which doubles up as a boot room with storage for all of your outdoor gear, and a shower room. Completing the downstairs offering is a beautiful lounge with an abundance of seating options, a wood burner effect electric fire and a TV. You’ll also find wall-mounted TVs in each of the three first-floor bedrooms, perfect for enjoying a bit of privacy when relaxing at home. Two of these bedrooms are made up as super-king-size rooms, one of which has a zip-and-link bed so it can be made into twins on request. The final bedroom, a double, is just as comfortable with attractive furnishings and a comfortable mattress. A family bathroom completes the property’s interior.

From the lounge, patio doors lead out onto an enclosed garden, with a lawn, decking and paved area. This space features a hot tub, quality rattan furnishings and a BBQ. There’s even a children’s play area.
