With uninterrupted views of Cardigan Bay and Poppit Sands, this coastal cottage, furnished with inspiring interiors, enjoys a tranquil location for a family getaway, with sunny beaches on both sides. Set just 3 miles from the historic town of Cardigan with its striking castle, you are not far from cafes, restaurants and independent shops. Patch Beach is the closest beach just 1 mile away, or there are several golden beaches near the friendly village of Aberporth 7 miles away. The Ceredigion Way, which passes through Gwbert, takes you along the picturesque, rugged coastline famous for its dolphins, ideal for keen walkers and nature enthusiasts. Tresaith, 8 miles away, offers an exciting afternoon of kayaking and other water sports.

Step into the vaulted glass-fronted entrance and head down a flight of stairs to the spacious lounge area with quaint antique furnishings including a camel cart coffee table. The adjacent glass porch with rustic chairs looks out across the bay. Around the corner is an additional living space - an attractive breakfast/reading room. Through the sliding doors, you will find the tiled kitchen/diner, complete with exposed beams, bright contemporary units, and a cosy seating area under the window. A handy utility room houses more appliances. Back up the stairs and up to the first floor you will find all three bedrooms, each beautifully decorated with unique wooden furnishings. Finally, there is a family bathroom with feature tiles and a countertop basin.

Outside and to the front, there is a sunny lawn with panoramic sea views and a water feature, while a paved terrace with garden furniture to the side of the property is perfect for al fresco dining.

Had a really great week at this lovely property. The view is gorgeous and difficult to tear yourself away from. There is a nice cliff walk to the local beach which is accessed by fairly steep steps, so maybe not ideal for everyone, but plenty of other beaches to visit just a short drive away. The perfect view to watch the sunset and the dolphins. We had such a lovely week. Poppit Sands and Mwnt were lovely and the beaches past the Cliff Hotel. Enjoyed visiting Tenby, New Quay, Cardigan and Aberystwyth where we went up the railway to the top of the hill. Stunning part of Wales - and plenty of room for us all.
