This light and bright, compact chalet has everything needed for a fun family holiday, it’s close to the beach and gives you access to everything the exclusive Warren holiday park has to offer. With space to sleep 6 and a good-sized outside deck, it’s perfect for a seaside getaway. Wander just 0.1 mile to the long sandy Warren beach to stretch your legs, sunbathe, or have a go at some water sports. Guests can gain temporary membership of the Haulfryn Leisure club at The Warren for the duration of their stay at an extra cost, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and a gym. There’s also a restaurant, bar, and shop on-site and easy access to nearby beaches for you to enjoy. Llanbedrog beach is less than 2 miles away, Abersoch – very popular with shoppers and water sports enthusiasts alike – is 1.5 miles away, and the market town of Pwllheli is just a 5.5-mile drive away.

The welcoming chalet has a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with everything needed for cooking a great meal and relaxing after a hectic day, with a dining table and chairs, two comfy sofas, a well-stocked kitchen and lots of natural light thanks to the windows and patio doors. There are three compact bedrooms, a double with good storage, and two twins, as well as a good-sized shower room as well as the addition of a cloakroom, which has another WC.

The patio doors in the living room lead out to the lovely front and side enclosed patio with a modern table and chairs, coordinating loungers and a coffee table – perfect for enjoying drinks or meals al fresco. Steps from the side patio lead up to a public grass area with fantastic views across the sea towards St Tudwal's Islands.

Beds need replacing sofas uncomfortable and problems with boiler which already had a post it note on it so obviously already been having problems with it
