Enjoying a superb location between the mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia) and the beautiful Anglesey coast, this bright and spacious property makes a wonderful holiday home for up to four guests, perfect for walkers, cyclists, mountaineers and anglers discovering this rich and welcoming region. Y Felinheli is a cheerful coastal village 3 miles away, and is popular for sailing and pleasure boating along the Menai Strait. The university city of Bangor and the historic town of Caernarfon, home to an impressive medieval castle, are both within 7 miles. Other local attractions, all within 9 miles, include GreenWood Family Park, the National Slate Museum, Plas Newydd House and Gardens, Penrhyn Castle, Snowdon Mountain Railway and Plas Menai, the National Outdoor Centre for Wales.

Originally an outbuilding on a tranquil rural farm, this imaginatively updated single-level property features a friendly, airy and welcoming lounge. With plenty of seating, a warming wood burner, exposed stone wall and ceiling beams, the lounge provides a fantastic space to snuggle up and relax in at the end of a great day out. The gorgeous stone-tiled country-style kitchen/diner is a sociable spot for sharing your favourite meals. At the end of the day, there are two light and relaxing bedrooms: a pretty double room, and a cosy, charming twin room. The property is rounded off with a stylish and spacious family bathroom.

The patio area is enclosed by a fence and features a choice of garden furniture, providing a lovely spot for dining alfresco as you take in the lovely views over Snowdonia.
