Elgandy is stunning from the moment you open the gates and drive in. The garden is fully enclosed which is a big bonus for a dog owner and the hot tub was the icing on the cake! The house is roomy, warm, comfortable and very well equipped. We had a wonderful week just exploring nearby and super walks into Aberystwyth and the beach. Would definitelyRead more return. Hide

We would love to come again. A lovely restful, peaceful area, perfect to recharge the batteries. Daily visits from the Red Kites a beautiful bonus. A lovely home, perfectly located with wonderful views. The 'extras' were very appreciated, a lovely touch.

Get some new sofas there in terrible shape not worth sitting on terrible backache. not enough towels. soaps were very cheap and hardly any and not enough toilet papers. It was the little things that made it pour here for a luxury cottage. The walls were grubby lots of scuff marks and the kitchen floor was dirty.

This was a lovely, welcoming home, spotless and pretty. Brilliant showers and wonderfully comfortable beds. The view was so peaceful and despite the close proximity of an A road, it was remarkably quiet. Watched the kites circle overhead and in the evenings walked along part of the National Cycle Trail which was so quiet and shaded. (Turn right froRead morem the top of the close) Very handy supermarkets close by in Aberystwyth and the house is a perfect base for so many places and to relax in when you come back. We didnt eat out but enjoyed some wonderful coffees at the little Woodland Cafe at Devils Bridge, Sands at Borth and the cafe at the top of Constitution Hill when we took the Cliff Railway up on a hot, clear day. A house with everything one needs within reach of some wonderful places. Thoroughly recommended. Hide
