This stunning barn has been lovingly restored, retaining many of its original features. Not only does it afford spectacular countryside views from the doorstep, but it also benefits from a seaside location, less than 1 mile from the beach. A perfect family home, this barn conversion boasts a wonderful location less than 1 mile from the centre of Aberdaron village, which has a variety of independent shops, cafes and restaurants for you to sample and explore. While away a few hours on Aberdaron Beach, spotting surfers bobbing in the waves. If you’re feeling a little more active, then there are lots of breathtaking walks to discover in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A boat trip to Ynys Enlli (Bardsey Island) is also well worth a visit. Here, you’ll discover the ruins of St Mary’s Abbey, rich wildlife and a dramatic coastline.

This converted barn has a contemporary feel, yet still boasts some of its original features, such as vaulted ceilings with rustic wooden beams and beautiful slate flooring. The open-plan kitchen/living area is perfect for cooking and entertaining with modern appliances, comfortable seating and a dining area where you can share a delicious evening meal. The living area shares the same homely feel with a large sofa next to a set of patio doors leading outside. A few steps down through the living space, you’ll find a cosy snug room where you can gather your family together for a fun evening movie. There are several sofas here as well as a wood burner and Smart TV. On the ground floor, there are three king-size bedrooms (two with zip-and-link beds) which have been tastefully decorated to a high standard. The twin room is housed in the modern loft space and is accessible via a set of paddle stairs – perfect for older children who want to ‘hide away’.

The property boasts a wonderful split-level patio which affords a sheltered position and stunning views over Aberdaron Bay. There’s a BBQ available to use and a picnic table, where you can cook a tasty evening meal whilst watching the sun set over the bay. There’s also a pretty lawned area which is enclosed.

you need to change your cleaner the cottage was only surface clean at best post covid when you make customers lose a whole day for the purposes of cleaning it is totally unacceptable when the floors at best have had a brush/mop only in obvious areas

We had a really great time here. The cottage was perfect for us, the garden was nicely secure for the dogs and the location is brilliant being just out of the village but close enough to walk in. Lots of great beaches nearby. We loved how the cottage had various seating areas including a church pew in the corridor with a view of the sea where my huRead moresband enjoyed sitting. Beds were comfortable and both bathrooms were clean and modern. Would happily return here. Hide

An amazing place. Spacious, modern and comfortable. Set far enough away from nearest town for seclusion, but close enough for amenities. Lovely elevated position with sea view from garden, and perfect base for exploring the peninsula.
