The Cottage was really lovely, Ive stayed in many over the years and can honestly say this was the most clean and well presented of them all, really convenient for Snowden and surrounding areas, plenty of pubs and restaurants in Bala and if you enjoy a beer theres a lovely little ale house about three minutes walk from the cottage, please enjoy I cRead moreertainly did. Cottage is an excellent base for North Wales exploration. It is also very clean, warm, comfortable and well-presented. The owner was very helpful. Car parking was spacious right by the cottage. Very pleased!

Very short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to lake. Good parking. Good layout and space for two people. Very comfortable. Dcor, fixtures and fittings of high quality.

We spent a lovely week in this cottage. The weather was not on our side but luckily this cottage made up for this. So after we had braved the challenging elements outside we had a lovely cosy place to warm up and relax in. There are lots of places to walk or bike in the nearby area. What a wonderful cottage this is. Beautifully decorated and very cosy. It had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Bala is wonderful with plenty of pubs and places to eat.

Great location, near to both the lake and village shops. Nice paved walk around bottom of lake with great views. Surrounding countryside is beautiful. Cottage is very nice and well maintained . Owners Gareth and Manon are very helpful and friendly. We had a great time

Could have done with AC or some more fans I couldnt figure out how to put the tray on the high chair The directions to arrive said to drive through the blue gates but when we tried to we werent allowed so just amend that on the arrival instructions

Wow, what a find! This cottage was fantastic, exactly like the photos. When we arrived the place was lovely and warm and host had put soft lighting on to welcome us, along with a welcome pack and flowers. Everything in the cottage was quality, from appliances to the finish of the conversion. Hosts are very nice hosts and easy to talk too if you neeRead mored to know anything. We spent a week here in February, but could easily have stayed longer. We would definitely recommend to anyone and hope to return in the future. Hide

This cottage is absolutely beautiful, it is a lovely private cottage but it is only a short walk away from the shops, pubs & a chip shop. The hosts were so helpful and friendly and quick to respond if you need to get In touch. This cottage is set in the lovely town of Bala with only a short walk to get to the lake and plenty to explore. It offers bRead moreeautiful scenery where ever you go. The hosts go above and beyond to make your stay special. We went for a Christmas break and was pleasantly surprised with beautiful Christmas decorations and little touches to the cottage that made our break so special. They are easy to get a hold of and nothing is to much trouble. The cottage was lovely and warm with underfloor heating that made it very cosy. It is beautifully furnished and has everything you could need, it also provides private parking. If you are looking for a beautiful home to make your stay at Bala perfect then you need to book this cottage!!!! Hide
