Explore the UK’s only coastal national park from the pastel-coloured town of Tenby and you’ll love the wide expanses of sandy beaches, historic monuments and awe-inspiring beauty of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. At the end of each day, return home to this cosy bolthole to rest your head, be it snoozing on the soda, or tucked up for a deep sleep at night.

This property boasts an inviting open-plan living room/kitchen/diner which is fantastic for socialising. A pair of pillowy two-seater sofas make up the lounge area, with a TV and Playstation provided to keep you entertained each evening. In the corner of the room is a chic, fully fitted kitchen with wood-finish countertops and all the appliances you’ll need to make a meal for the family. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed around the dining table which seats four whilst you make plans for the days ahead, making the most of this invaluable quality time spent together. Up on the first floor, there is the family bathroom where you can enjoy a hot bubble bath as you get ready to sink into the bed. The sleeping arrangements are split between two rooms, with the master featuring a beautiful oak double bed, a skylight, a TC and an en-suite shower room for a little extra privacy. Finally, there is a playful twin decorated with a subtle nautical theme which children of all ages will love.

Tenby is a fantastic base from which to explore, with four beaches to choose from within a 5-mile radius so days are spent dipping your toes in the water and feeling the salty air on your skin. Wander down to the harbour (1 mile) and hop aboard a boat to Caldey Island where you’ll be intrigued by the history packed into the tiny stretch of land. Further inland, Manor Wildlife Park (3 miles) is Wales’ only walking safari where you’ll be able to get up close and personal with an exotic array of animals, an amazing experience for children and adults of all ages.

This was a custom-built rental property that was well-furnished and had all the kitchen equipment you would expect. We didn't use the X-Box gaming consul but it did seem to have plenty of games and the TV worked without any problem. It wasn't designed for very young children but would have been fine for older children or 4 adults. There was a lot ofRead more plates and sufficient cutllery to last the day and allow the dish washer to be filled each day. It was ideally located, being close to the north beach and the centre of Tenby. It was also close to the large North Beach car park that was provided with electric vehicle charging points. Hide

Great cottage, great location. Just 8 mins (up hill) to the start of the town. Parking a real bonus but I can't stress enough that you should get someone to guide you through the gap as its very tight, our advice, make sure you are square on with a guide (we have a lovely scratch which was entirely our fault). Rooms are lovely. The double has a fabRead more view of the houses and the church in the background. Quiet area. Twin only has a skylight but still very comfortable. Bathroom/ensuite/downstairs loo all fantastic. Well equipped kitchen and massive fridge freezer. Very comfortable sofas! Even though there is no outside space, I say on the steps to the patio door most evenings to read and it was beautiful as you get the last of the evening sun. Hide

Be very careful how you drive in and out of the driveway for the cottage as the drive is very narrow. We were glad that measurements were available.

Loved this quiet mews cottage tucked away off the road, only a short walk from the beachfront and town. Parking is a bonus, although the entrance is narrow, I got my Sportage through ok with wing mirrors open, as a guide for others. It's well equipped, comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. Lots of places to visit on the doorstep, recommend, CarRead moreew castle and mill, NT stackpole Quay, Broad haven beach, Barafundle bay beach . Looking forward to visiting again. Hide

Otherwise the cottage was lovely and comfy with nice decor, nice and warm, very comfy beds. Ideal having downstairs toilet for elderly mother and also to have her own bathroom. Great location for walking into Tenby.
