A lovely cottage for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. Set in a perfect location for woodland walks and exploring the area. We had a great time and hope to return.

We have had such a fabulous stay, the cottage has been absolutely perfect- spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Very comfy bed and a super shower. We have walked for miles on the beautiful beaches, explored the forest,( all literally on the doorstep), relaxed in the hot tub! It has been truly relaxing and good for the soul. Very pretty and private little cottage clean ,comfortable and spacious, sun trap of a garden completely private with a fabulous hot tub. Local pub is 2 minutes from the garden gate literally over a private bridge, over the river, through a door onto a path . To the left the pub ,to the right woodland walk along the river. We had a wonderful break - everywhere was so clean and welcoming. It was a lovely touch to receive a welcome gift of cakes and fresh eggs - so kind. All the furnishings were comfortable and clean, the garden was safe and enclosed and the location was superb for woodland walks. Our second stay at this wonderful cottage, it's clean, comfortable and very relaxing. It have everything you need. Close to the beachs, restaurants etc. and a lovely untouched woodland at the end of the garden. Lovely for shady river walks with the dog on the hotter days. The hot tub is a lovely extra of an evening. At dusk the bats fly around the Read morewoods, amazing to see them while sitting in the tub with a chilled glass of wine. We hope to visit again soon. Perfect cottage in the most wonderful location. Walk out of the door and over the bridge to the most magical woods and lovely pub. Close to beach and not far from Barmouth but good centre for most of the coast. You can walk for miles from the front door then relax in the hot tub afterwards. Such a perfect location it's difficult to fault this place , it's sooo peaceful here that we spent most of the afternoons sat in the garden ..directly behind the cottage is ancient woodland with the river Ysgethin running through it and this is accessed with the properties own private bridge go left and you have a magical walk , go right and you fiRead morend yourself at the local pub in less than 2 mins .The house itself is very comfy and you'll find everything you need within . A beautiful, well equipped, clean dog friendly cottage. The bed is so comfortable that we both had the best nights sleep until an unidentified yapping dog woke us at 6am a few mornings. Really nice accommodation. It was very clean and well maintained. The owner was lovely. Overall we were happy with the cottage. The hot tub was a nice addition, so was the free eggs and cakes left by the owner at our arrival. Plenty of space for parking. Would highly recommend.

We wanted peaceful/quiet cozy get away for 2 and that`s exactly what we got hot tub was great to relax in the cottage had everything, with the local pub just across the stream via a private footbridge 200yds max away was very good AAA+++++++++++++++++++

Second visit as a perfect cottage in a wonderful location. The dog loves the woods, as do we, and loved the changes every day. Pub is just as good and the addition of the ice cream by the beach made it a daily walk. Still so do much to see in the area we will be back.

Fantastic, gorgeous little cottage. The garden is perfect for those with dogs, the hot tub is a welcome addition. We couldn't have asked for more. Very spacious ground floor cottage in a peaceful coastal location Hot tub nice and relaxing after days out Plenty of nice places within easy reach, small train station,bus stop and beach close by. An absolutely wonderful little bungalow cottage! Location was lovely, away from noise, but only a few minutes away from the train station, Barmouth or the nearby beaches. Fabulous stay at this beautiful amazing property. It was very clean and comfortable. Every thing we needed was at our fingertips. The area was very quite and peaceful.
