Opposite a small pebble beach, this bright and welcoming property makes a great holiday home for up to eight guests. Just a quarter of a mile from the heart of the lively coastal resort of Aberdyfi (also known as Aberdovey), this lovely seafront property provides fresh and relaxing accommodation for larger families and groups of friends. Perfect for exploring the southern tip of Snowdonia, this bright and airy property offers glorious views of the Dyfi Estuary and makes a great base for discovering the coastline of Cardigan Bay.

Four steps lead up and into this refreshing and welcoming property. On the ground floor, the airy, light and spacious lounge/diner offers a relaxing space to snuggle up, watch a movie on the TV/DVD or chat about the day. The sociable dining area features a large table which you can sit around to play a game or enjoy a fantastic family meal that you can rustle up in the fully equipped and stylishly designed kitchen. The first floor has a twin bedroom and a delightful second lounge. With plenty of seating and a TV/DVD, this provides some handy additional space so everyone can relax in peace. The second floor has an invigorating family bathroom and a choice between another twin bedroom and a charming double room. Steep cottage-style stairs lead up to the final bedroom: set in the eaves of the house this cosy en-suite double room has sloped ceilings, low beams and a raised beam along the floor.

Crossing the road, the small beach is a handy spot for paddling and picnicking. The main beach in Aberdyfi offers miles of golden sand and is a great base for fishing, kayaking, sailing and golf. Local attractions include the picturesque resort of Tywyn, Dolgoch Falls and Llyn Barfog (all within 10 miles).

Property needed a proper deep down clean from top to bottom. Its not suitable if you are very tall as my family is. Also not suitable if you have mobility issues. All the stairs are killer. The view on the other hand is to die for. Spent every morning watching the tide its was glorious. Shame about the property though.

Good family house in great location. 2 parking permits. Bedrooms & upper floors comfortable. You need to be fit to get to get to top bedroom. Ground floor needs a refresh but adequate. Good base for a family/ group holiday in lovely area.

Lovely character home with amazing sea views. Lots of stairs over 4 floors so it will keep you fit ! The loft room was nice but no storage for our clothes and steep to get up for elderly people. Got two good size lounges with lovely views. Had everything you could need even beach stuff .

Great value for money. Quiet location within easy walking distance of all amenities. Useful train links from the nearby station. Fabulous sea and Mountain View from both lounges and the main bedroom. Top class bed linen on comfy beds. Plenty of room to sit and eat together and also to relax and take in the view. Great fish and chip shop, ice-cream Read moreshop and several good pubs all close by. Great beach to walk the dogs and childrens play area and miles of sand for the kids to play. Great swimming Hide
