The lounge is ideal for catching up with a good book or snuggling together to watch a movie, while the dining area is a perfect space for everyone to gather to enjoy a family meal which you’ve prepared in the stylishly designed kitchen. Downstairs, the lower floor features a family bathroom and two calm and stylish king-size bedrooms. From the lounge, bi-fold doors open onto the balcony which overlooks the river and provides a lovely space for unwinding with a glass or two of wine. With a remote-controlled awning so you can keep in the shade, the balcony is a lovely spot for whiling away a summer’s afternoon.
The historic market town of Brecon features a variety of independent shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. Brecon is also home to the Regimental Museum of the Royal Welsh, Theatr Brycheiniog, the 1930s-style Brecon Cinema and a magnificent 11th-century cathedral. Local landmarks and attractions include Llangorse Lake, Talgarth Mill, Pen y Fan, Tretower Court and Castle and the Storey Arms Outdoor Education Centre (all within 12 miles).
