Tucked on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, find peaks and panoramic views close to home at this property. After adventurous days with family or friends in Betws-y-Coed, the charm and character of this quaint cottage welcomes you home with open arms. Sit by the twinkling flames of the wood burner or enjoy the vista from the elevated terrace with the BBQ sizzling in the balmy air.

Bursting with charm, exposed beams line the ceiling, and a gorgeous original fireplace houses a warming wood burner in the lounge. Fire it up and listen to the crackling logs from the comfort of the sofas where you can enjoy film nights on the TV/DVD. If you fancy some peace and quiet, pluck a book from the shelf and delve into a good tale before tucking into dinner cooked up in the country-style kitchen/diner. The neutral tones continue into this room and help create a calm ambience in which to sip your morning coffee, experiment with flavours and raise a toast to your Welsh adventure. Before drifting off in one of two pretty bedrooms on the first floor, unwind with a tipple in the garden (reached via steps) and take in the countryside views.

Follow well-trodden tracks and trails in Snowdonia National Park where gorgeous vistas lie around every twist and turn and the majestic Mount Snowdon stands tall 24 miles from home. Set off for the steep ascent or save your legs from aching and hop aboard the Snowdon Mountain Railway. Surf Snowdonia (16.5 miles) is a great place to ride waves and learn new tricks whilst Zip World Fforest (8.5 miles) is the perfect destination for thrill seekers.

We were the first guests of the new owner. Cottage was warm and bedrooms cosy. Nice location though property backed onto a derelict chapel. Attention to detail needed. Limited connectivity so make sure you are aware of this before you book as a chilly and wet weekend in Wales with two children and no TV was not fun! Warm, cosy and comfortable, with very effective heating. Shower was great with plenty of piping hot water. Cottage is well-equipped in kitchen and living areas Location is good with wide-ranging country views, and easy access to main parts of Snowdonia and the coasts.

Quirky pretty cottage. Loved the history of it. Stunning location. Village is very pretty. Great for a weekend. Not luxurious in any way but perfectly fine as a base to explore the area. Only 12 minute drive to Betws-y-Coed.

A lovely quirky little cottage. We really enjoyed our stay and used it as a base. The log burner was a nice touch. There was plenty of hot water and it was nice and cosy. The bed and sofas were extremely comfortable. We ate out in the village a couple of times which was an added bonus.

The cottage is in a lovely village and was perfect for our family and dog. There are walks on the doorstep and lots to visit nearby. Parking right outside the front door was really useful on the stormy days and the cottage was snug on the dark evenings.

We are a family of 4 with a small dog and this was a lovely cosy cottage for our 5 night stay. It is a very peaceful village setting only a mile and a half to the A5 which takes you to many options for day trips etc. The cottage itself was very well presented and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Lovely position, peaceful, scenic, and reasonably close to Betws Y Coed. Cottage - though small - was adequate for four. A very nice venue.
