Fill your lungs with fresh air, curl up on the sumptuous chaise longue and relax in style at this rural retreat. Explore coast and countryside by day and unwind with loved ones by night as you settle by the wood burner in the cosy snug or the lively lounge. Welcoming your four-legged friend too, fill the air with laughter, woofs and chatter, and light the chimenea to keep warm on chilly evenings.

Kick off muddy shoes and jackets, throw them in the handy utility area and climb a step to the galley-style kitchen where you can pop the kettle on for a warming brew. Should you fancy something stronger, fire up the coffee machine and find a cosy spot in which to enjoy it, perhaps choose a book from the shelf and lose yourself in a tale or plan tomorrow’s adventures. Exposed beams, wooden floors and rich colours flow throughout this home-from-home, creating a warm and inviting ambience you will struggle to tear yourselves away from each morning! Leaving your comfortable beds will also be a task as each room, is decorated with sophistication and elegance. You will find it easy to drift off and dream in these gorgeous spaces.

Try making it past the welcoming pub at the end of the driveway and you can wander along glorious river trails and admire the flora and fauna, if stick chasing isn’t your thing. Sitting on the outskirts of the outstanding Brecon Beacons National Park, head into the lush greenery and discover fantastic well-trodden paths or explore off the beaten track. Visit the remains of Brecon Castle, 28 miles from home.

This is a beautiful cottage with the most stunning views. Set In a very peaceful area with plenty of walking opportunities nearby. Perfect for guests with a pet but not so pleasant for those without. Property could do with a little refresh perhaps.

The cottage was very well equipped and in an excellent location. We have visited Rhandirmywn many times but this was one of the best cottages we have stayed in. Really cosy and well located for both the local pubs. Parking was the only slightly challenging aspect but we managed to navigate the narrowdrive successfully!

Great cottage with fantastic views. Lovely to come back to the wood burner in the evenings. Great location with lots to do in the area. Would recommend the pub in the village, very friendly & good food. Doggy friendly as well. We hope to return one day.

We had a wonderful few days at this beautiful and comfortable house. No negative points at all - it was lovely to stay in a house that is clearly a real home and has not merely been furnished and equipped to a budget from a checklist.

A charming and interesting cottage situated brilliantly for walking and discovering the area. We were a diverse family in age range and some of the steps in the cottage were a bit challenging, but we soon adapted to the interior and exterior areas. The owners were easily contactable and very helpful. Altogether an interesting and enjoyable stay
