Head to this truly special hideaway with your loved one and enjoy the gorgeous, rural surroundings of the location, just 3 miles from Narberth in West Wales. Sleeping two people, the exquisite shepherd’s hut could make a perfect romantic retreat for a couple. Take one happy hound along with you too for the stay and take him on long walks through the surrounding countryside. Return to your gorgeous abode to light the wood burner, sit around the fire pit at night or bubble for a while in the shared hot tub.

Climb the steps up to the shepherd’s hut and discover its beautifully presented, country-style interior. The kitchen area, with its breakfast bar, is the perfect place to prepare romantic meals to enjoy together as the sun goes down. Snuggle up on the comfortable seating together to watch the Smart TV or hop into your cosy double bed and treat yourselves to a film from there. Light the wood burner on chilly days and keep the French doors open during the warmer weather for a sense of indoor-outdoor living. Take a hot shower in the morning before planning your day of fun. On warm evenings, stoke up the fire pit in your private garden area and gaze up at the stars. You have use of a shared laundry room as well as the hot tub, and there is parking for one car.

Head down to the coast for the day from your retreat. The beach at Wiseman’s Bridge is about 7 miles away, or try Saundersfoot, 8 miles away. Have a lovely day out at Tenby, 10.5 miles away, where you can also lounge on the beach and swim in the sea, and also enjoy the fine choice of interesting shops and varied eateries.

I came for 4 nights with my dog just to totally decompress - and really couldn't have picked a better spot! The field the hut sits in is genuinely totally secure (my dog is an irish wolfhound cross and really needs off-lead exercise), which gave me soooo much peace of mind, given I was on my own there with him. The views were just the most beautifRead moreul thing - you'd never get tired of them and it was such a peaceful spot, but also near enough to town, petrol stations, shops etc if you need it. The hut had everything I needed for a totally relaxing stay - good cooking facilities, comfy bed, good hot shower, towels and even a fan if you needed it in warmer weather. The wifi was good enough for me to stream films on my tablet, there were charging points in the hut too. I literally packed a bunch of microwave meals, some books and dog toys and I didn't leave the hut at all for the entire 4 nights!! Bliss!! My dog absolutely loved the off-lead freedom too, so we both came away feeling happy and relaxed! I'll be coming again! Hide

Lovely shepherds hut, warm and cosy even when cold outside. Fitted out to a high spec and everything you need for a simple stay. Garden area is well enclosed and safe for dogs. Lovely view across the valley. Welcoming hosts who communicate well. Hope to return again. Thank you. ( The cottages also look a lovely option for families.)

A hidden gem of a hut in a stunning, serene location with views over the fields and cows for neighbours! Owners were great with hot tub booking so we enjoyed a dip at sunset which made our stay super special. Bed was cozy and so comfy - we both said it was the best sleep wed had in a while! Great location with a perfect view, very private and the hot tub was amazing! Great services and location was calm and welcoming and we had our own space. Great stay with Tenby and Saundersfoot nearby.

The accommodation was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It's quite small, but really cosy, and the size was more of a positive to us than a negative. The garden is fully enclosed which made it much easier to relax with the dog, and the views all around are fantastic! The location of perfect for travelling around the Pembrokeshire coast. Really helpful host, was super easy to text to arrange using hot tub etc. Fab location and views, with an enclosed garden that was perfect for our dog. The shepherds hut itself was surprisingly spacious, comfortably had 2 adults and 1 dog stay in the middle of winter without feeling cramped! A lovely shepherds hut in a beautiful location. Perfect place to stay for a trip to Pembrokeshire to visit tenby and saundersfoot. We particularly enjoyed the cows and being away in the countryside! Owner was so helpful and welcoming - could not recommend this accommodation enough to anyone wanting to visit the beautiful west wales countryside

The shepherd's hut exceeded our expectations regarding space and comfort - so much bigger than we thought it would be. The bed was really comfy and a lovely shower room. Kitchen was well equipped. The Sheppard's hut was sublime. We came for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect piece of heaven that we wished for. peace and quiet with a beautiful view.
