Sleeping six guests, the luxurious, three-bedroom retreat has been beautifully renovated to offer sumptuous accommodation from its exceptional position. Head 2 miles into Conwy to see the 13th-century castle up close, browse in independent shops selling Welsh produce and spend time at the beach. Return to your gorgeous holiday home to bubble in the hot tub, challenge each other to tournaments in the games room and spill out into the beautiful garden to sit out under the stars around the fire pit.

Enter the house via the hall, where there is access to the games room, a WC and the chic kitchen/diner. Open the doors in the kitchen/diner to the courtyard, where the hot tub is positioned, and find all the equipment you need to whip up delectable feasts. Dine together at the table and find you also have a utility room. Make your way into the lounge, where you can watch the Smart TV or simply gaze out at your picturesque surroundings. At the end of each day, treat yourself to a soak in the whirlpool bath in the family bathroom, then head off to one of the two king-size bedrooms or the twin. Savour the outdoor living offered by this beautiful property. Fire up the hot tub, light the BBQ and take in the magical views as you dine out in the sunshine. This house is wonderfully located to visit North Wales with or without a car. Llandudno Junction station is an easy walk away and very well connected. The view from the living room and garden is incredible and the hot tub just adds one more fun thing to do. We were a family with children aged 11 to 18 and everyone had a wonderful holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful house. Ages ranged from our 9 month old grandbaby to my parents aged 82 years and the house was a perfect layout especially with the self contained ground floor flat. The weather was fantastic and plenty of places within 30 minutes to visit. Beautiful location and stunning views. Unfortunately for us a few things let our stay down. The photos on the website dont quite represent what is actually there. No coffee tables in lounge, no cushions on sun loungers in front garden. No kettle or working bedside lamps in annex and there is a very high step up into it. Towels have bleach marks oRead moren so dont look clean. There wasnt enough hanging space or drawers in the main house. Two mattresses were very uncomfortable. No iron, only 6 dining chairs which was ok for us but not for 8 as advertised. Electricity tripped one night, we couldnt find the fuse box so I tried to contact the owner with no joy. We couldnt shower the next morning or make breakfast which was very upsetting for my elderly parents. Holiday Cottages customer services were wonderful and sorted it out for me by contacting the owner. Hide

We had a lovely week with amazing weather, view is fantastic and location is excellent. However, amazing weather meant we wanted to use the garden and furniture unusable or non existent - not as shown in photos. Kitchen and bathrooms are nice and clearly recently renovated. New annex is well decorated but poorly equipped as an independent propeRead morerty - no crockery, glasses and no kettle, lamps not working etc. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not ready on arrival - very little water and not hot - dudnt heat up during the week we were there Poor layout in living room made it hard to socialise and beware if a bigger family there are only six dining chairs but the property sleeps eight. Would definitely come back to Conwy but would be booking a different cottage in the area. Disappointed by the quality for the high price tag. Hide

Beautiful cottage in a stunning location. Inside was immaculate and well furnished. Comfortable bedrooms too. No instructions for room thermostat and unable to use hot tub on arrival day. Welcome guide says cleaned every Friday and cannot be used for 18 hours so bare this n mind when selecting your stay. Lovely property with everything you need. Fantastic views of Conwy and the marina. Great location for exploring North Wales and a short walk into Conwy. Kids loved the hot tub and the table football.

This holiday let is lovely, location great for walking into Conwy, 15 minutes over the bridge and also we walked into Llandudno along the coastal path, took us about an hour and 15 minutes. Great for driving the places. 30 minutes to snowdon, Betsw-y-Coed. Property is lovely, hot tub was very welcome after a day walking!

Lovely appointed cottage in convenient location close to Conwy, although quite close to the railway line which was a bit noisy in the morning. Beautiful views from the windows at the back of the house, especially from the enormous lounge window. The layout of the lounge is a little strange if you were a party of six as there are sofas at each end wRead morehich aren't very sociable, but fine for us as a couple. There is also not much space to unpack in the bedrooms. Massive TV has priority over wardrobe! Hide
