Tucked amid tranquil Monmouthshire countryside, this luxurious holiday home is the perfect rural bolthole for a couple or small family visiting the Wye Valley and Brecon Beacons National Park. Part of a small complex of holiday accommodation, this contemporary property offers stylish, open-plan living and a private patio where you can enjoy a coffee or glass of wine outside in the fresh country air. Stroll out to explore waymarked trails and visit the neighbouring art and craft centre, or jump in the car to discover historic sites, vibrant market towns and sublime landscapes.

Flooded with natural light and adorned in soothing, neutral tones, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner forms the heart of this lovely home. Prepare hearty breakfasts and delicious dinners in the spacious, fitted kitchen, then gather at the stylish dining table or head to the patio to dine alfresco. Snuggle in the chic lounge, with the bi-fold doors thrown open on warm evenings, and delve into your favourite novel, or watch a film or TV series on the Smart TV. When bedtime calls, retire to the calming bedrooms which offer flexible sleeping arrangements (a super-king-size zip-and-link that can be a twin on request and a king-size), both adorned with soft linen and throws. With two bathrooms, everyone can enjoy a refreshing morning shower before a fresh start the following day.

You can pick up the Usk Valley Walk in just over 300m or enjoy delicious meals in the evening at the fabulous restaurant which is 1.3 miles over the hill if you choose to walk. There are several lively market towns within easy reach, including quaint Usk (3.5 miles), Abergavenny, home to an annual food festival (8 miles) and Monmouth (16 miles).
