We had a great week at Rhydins Fawr, helped by the excellent weather. The property is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The hot tub is quite large & was very popular with all of the members of the family. The view from the house & garden is fabulous and the area is very quiet, apart from the wildlife ! Great New Year's stay for 11! Only a couple of us were brave enough to use the hot tub, which they thoroughly enjoyed. Very sociable layout downstairs. No need for the fireplace as the heating worked very well. Well equipped kitchen. The elves learnt some Welsh from the childrens' books. Great walking nearby and directly from the cottage. Lovely property in a very beautiful part of the world! The owners were very responsive both before and during our stay. Our extended family (3 generations and 2 dogs) had a great time. Loved the location of the cottage, it feel so secluded but in easy driving distance to the town. The hot tub really made our trip, after long walks it was the perfect way to relax watching the sunset over the hills! The home made Victoria sponge cake, fresh eggs and bread were absolutely delicious a real treat when we first arrived!
