The lodge was in a lovely, peaceful setting. It was lovely and clean, very spacious and cosy, with a very comfortable king size bed. Lots of extra touches - a wine fridge and a very luxurious bathroom. The owner, Alex, was brilliant and couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything we wanted. Well situated for access to Conwy, Llandudno and SnoRead morewdonia, with plenty of interesting places to visit close by. Hide

Damselfly lodge was clean light and airy, very quiet and relaxing with a great outlook. A great place to stay if you want to relax. All of Snowdonia national park is within a shortish drive with Conway and Betws-y-coed nearby both a good place to visit. On the whole the lodge is a really good place to stay, but could be even better if a few minor gRead moreripes ie sky TV didn':t work, outdoor furniture needs replacing and outdoor area around the lodge could be maintained better, were sorted out. It was a lovely cabin, with a very high quality finish. Lovely for a couple and dogs. The information pack didnt have any suggestions but I wasnt aware of any walks that you could do from the cabin, but with it being wales there was a lot of beautiful places to travel to near by. Cabin was very hot in the afternoon, even with the temperature below Read more10 degrees outside it was 30 plus degrees inside the cabin. Hide

Absolutely beautiful area and cabin was in a perfect location for us. Not to far away from town but secluded. The damselfy cabin was amazing and the best one on the plot, we had a field to ourselves most days so the dog enjoyed it just as much. We will definitely be booking again thank you for a great stay cation

We had a fantastic time at Damselfly Lodge. The views are AMAZING. We spent most days just watching the wildlife and when we got hungry took a short walk down to the pancake house. Which we also highly recommend. The property is decorated to a really high standard, modern and cosy. Lots of windows letting in light and the views. The bath tub was alRead moreso amazing! Ive never had so many baths!! Hide

Conwy is beautiful and the lodge is lovely and peaceful and out of the way. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great. However, there was a small stain on our bedsheets and the sofa also had some stains. The dog adored the area. Limited number of towels provided and no washing machine. The lodges are very well presented, spacious and have all of the luxuries you might need. The location is isolated in that there are no shops in walking distance, there is a pub restaurant half a mile down the road, but Conwy town is only a 10-minute drive. But this also means that it is very peaceful and quiet. There are only 5 lodges at present aRead morend even if they eventually build the other 5 shown on planning boards on the site, it still wouldn't feel overcrowded. Hide
