WHAT OUR GUESTS SAY

Helen, 13th May 2019

Gem of a cottage tucked away on a beautiful Welsh hillside with lovely walks along the valley, over the hill and down to the river...great for dogs, particularly Spaniels! Cottage was cosy, well equipped and had its own little garden...we had a really sunny week!

Lindsey, 5th April 2019

Amazing cottage in an superb relaxing location. Nice touches and huge master bed. The log fireplace was incredible and the puppy greeters were the icing on the cake! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amanda, 25th February 2019

A beautiful cottage in a picturesque location. Perfectly private and secluded but only 3 miles from Abergavenny with countless walks straight from the door. So much to see and do in this area - this cottage is the perfect location for exploring this lovely part of Wales.

Steve, 28th December 2018

Faraway Cottage is in a tiny and fairly isolated hamlet, and is perfect for a quiet and relaxing break. There is plenty of walking in this beautiful part of the world, some of it flat, and some of it strenuous. The cottage itself is cosy and well-appointed, and a good size for four people. Highly recommended.

Steph, 27th August 2018

The Cottage was beautiful and very oldy worldy. After our days out it was so lovely to come home to our cosy Cottage and light the log burner. It was lovely and secluded so we really felt like we were away from it all and we had such a relaxing break there! The location was stunning and right next the the Sugar Loaf Mountain, the views from the CotRead moretage were epic! We had the best time away! Hide

Rosemary, 3rd August 2018

The whole family loved this cozy cottage in its beautiful location. Accomodation is on the basic side but well-maintained and clean and we had everything we needed. The kids (14 and 11) were initially shocked at lack of wi-fi but they got into the spirit of low-tech really quickly, enjoying wild-life spotting and star-gazing from the garden. I suggRead moreest anyone with kids would need to bring games/ dvds of their own, some were available but were more adult (chess, cards etc). We didn't want to leave Hide
