This lovely cottage is high up in the hills above Talgarth. You can sit out in the garden and gaze across at Pen y Fach in the Beacons in one direction and the Black Mountains in the other. It is wonderfully peaceful and you will want for nothing. The dog loved it too!

Nice cottage very cosy and loads to do in the area If bringing a dog be aware they may be able to jump the fence into the field behind to the cows so better to keep them on leach in garden. Property owner was kind enough to tell us this beforehand

A great location to 'get away from it all'. Easy reach of Brecon National Park which we really enjoyed exploring. The Griffin was a good pub to have a quick drink on the way home - and dog friendly. The minus point is that we did think we'd be able to walk there from the cottage but that really is not an option unless it is your 'day out' and it's Read moredaylight. Hide

Excellent cottage. Very well equipped and clean. Perfect for those with a dog as it has an enclosed garden. Good location for the Beacons and Black Mountains although it is a drive away from the nearest pub.

Great cottage in wonderful location, very clean, warm and well provisioned. Wi-Fi worked well and very warm March weather enabled us to eat meals outside on the table and benches. Would recommend.

Beautiful location but you do need to drive to the nearest pub but its not that far. Very cosy cottage, ample for me and my wife and our cocker spaniel. Very clean and nice bathroom with bath and shower over bath, more than adequate.
